With our new vacuum-pack machine, we have succeeded in considerably reducing the quantity of plastic needed. Compared to the traditional method, with this machine, it is possible to reduce the plastic needed by around 40% for single mattresses and around 55% for double mattresses (in terms of weight). Furthermore, all our plastic is certified recycled.

The compression of the product does not affect the comfort of the
mattress at all. The vacuum-packaging guarantees the perfect
maintenance of the hygienic and qualitative condition of mattresses.

Sustainable Logistics
We show our commitment to the environment through a combined vacuum transport
logistics system (road and rail), resulting in a reduction of carbon dioxide emissions
(45,100 kg of CO2 reduced in 2015).
